Alphonsa values its vendor relationships. Our goal is to build long-term business partnerships with a select group of vendors that share our commitment to delivering the highest quality cashews.
We are continuing to take steps to build a diversified base of vendors. We are determined to support small and local businesses, and businesses owned by women, minorities or other disadvantaged groups when seeking new sources of supplies or services. Our business depends on our ability to collaborate with vendors that not only provide the highest quality products and services, but are philosophically and strategically aligned with our commitment to a sustainable and responsible cashew value chain.

We are committed to advancing sustainable and responsible buying practices with our vendors. To that end, we expect our vendors to provide updates around their environmental initiatives, certifications, goals and impact. By engaging our vendors on the benefits of budding a sustainable and responsible cashew value chain, we are increasing the number of participants that monitor, measure and report the impact on Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
Vendor Code of Conduct
The Alphonsa Cashew Industries Vendor Code of Conduct describes Alphonsa Cashew Industries’ expectations of how it's vendors conduct business. All vendors engaged in providing products and services to Alphonsa Cashew Industries are expected to act in accordance with the Code, including aligning guidelines, policies and practices, and communicating and enforcing the Code provisions throughout their organisation and across their supply chain, including to subcontractors.
Vendor Registration
Any vendors interested in doing business with Alphonsa Cashew Industries must complete and submit our Vendor Registration Form to be considered as a potential vendor. Proper completion of the form, and the follow-up forms sent there-after, is required by the Vendor to certify its eligibility to do business with the company. The application registration should be completed and submitted on-line through this website. Vendors unable to submit on-line should contact the Head Office at this address.
