How the Fraud Works
The impersonators present themselves as representatives of Alphonsa Cashew Industries and attempt to build credibility by misusing our brand identity. They circulate fake documentation like counterfeit visiting cards, manipulated Truecaller IDs and misuse of trademarked properties of Alphonsa Cashew Industries.
They also share fabricated invoices, falsified lorry receipts, and product quotations through WhatsApp and Email, falsely claiming these to be issued by our company. After creating this false impression, they instruct buyers to transfer advance payments into their own fraudulent bank accounts, thereby attempting to divert funds away from legitimate business channels.
